Kristin is a seasoned nonprofit executive with 17 years of leadership in the Dallas civic sector and a proven track record of mobilizing more than $50 million in philanthropic capital. A strategic architect of integrated marketing, communications, public relations, and digital media programs, she translates mission into compelling narrative and measurable growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Advancement Officer for Communities In Schools of the Dallas Region, following senior leadership roles with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas and Project Transformation North Texas.
Driven by a partnership mindset, Kristin engineers high‑impact alliances with corporations, foundations, and peer nonprofits to channel investments into community priorities. She has designed and facilitated local and national cohort programs that convert fundraising strategy into sustainable revenue streams, and she is a sought‑after advisor and speaker on building resilient development infrastructures for social‑impact organizations.
Kristin’s civic commitment extends beyond the office. She currently serves as a Dallas CASA advocate, guiding complex cases on behalf of children in the CPS system, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Woodrow Wilson High School Community Foundation, where she chairs the Scholarship and Digital Media committees.
