Allyn Media began working with Trinity Groves, part of the City of Dallas’ Arena TIF. We started working for the retail and dining destination at the base of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in Dallas, as public affairs and public relations agency of record. That relationship grew to encompass social media, to helping to fill building vacancies, developing marketing and promotional efforts to create a sustained growth in customer base, and leveraging key contacts with business, real estate and restaurant media to position Trinity Groves as a must-go dining destination in North Texas. In addition, we were charged with showcasing Trinity Groves as a distinct part of Dallas with real estate development opportunities that will help increase the tax base for the city.
As part of our work and to inform our public relations strategy, Allyn Media conducted a consumer research survey to learn more about the Trinity Groves demographics. We wanted to learn about search habits, what motivates consumers to visit a restaurant development, how consumers hear about Trinity Groves, their likes and dislikes and behaviors including how people learn about restaurant news and new openings in the Dallas area. We presented leadership and decision-makers with the findings and from the research, developed a year-long plan for monthly large-scale events to bring in new customers for the development, and was responsible for marketing the events through earned and social media efforts. At one of our most successful events, Allyn Media drew in a new audience of over 2,000 people to attend “Fair Food Fest” from combined efforts of social media and PR.
Allyn Media handled the strategic development and implementation of daily social media content for Trinity Groves’ Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, developing engaging content for more than 135,000 followers across these three social platforms. Allyn Media developed monthly content calendars with daily posts and stories, and took original photography.
Allyn Media also developed a video for Trinity Groves as part of the city’s Amazon HQ2 bid. The Trinity Groves owners asked us to showcase an area that includes a large piece of land that would be perfect for a large company campus. The video helped push Dallas to the top of the list among Amazon HQ2 contenders.
