After facing a series of public image-damaging stories on everything from management compensation to pilot strikes, we were hired to handle crisis communications strategy and message development for a major U.S.-based airline. The airline, already damaged in the public eye, faced an illegal competition lawsuit in a competitor’s desperate attempt to recoup losses suffered as a result of its own failed business plan.
We developed messages, wrote press releases and related materials, and monitored and reported media results related to the issue to help continue to guide strategy throughout the life of the issue.
