Jordan Lawton is a dedicated nonprofit professional with a diverse background in philanthropic fundraising, budget management, administrative support, and donor relations. She served on the development team at a church in Dallas, where she played a key role in a $65 million capital campaign alongside a $7 million annual campaign. Jordan’s deep commitment to the nonprofit sector is reflected in her work with organizations such as The Loop Dallas, Resource Center, Friends of the Dallas Public Library, and the Dallas Education Collective. Her strategic guidance supports nonprofit fundraising through annual giving, database management, and capital campaign efforts. Her experience also includes work with political campaigns.
A proud alum of the University of North Texas, Jordan graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Human Services, and later earned a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from her alma mater. She also holds a certificate in nonprofit management from The Center for Nonprofit Management and is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas. Outside of work, she channels her love of writing as a professional blogger and poet.
